Building has european styling and is a midrise Mediterranean. Beautiful and different from the ordinary cookie cutter boxes. entry is like walking through a meditation garden to get to your door. Very well maintained building. The condo is top of the line everything. Upper end neighbors who are pet friendly. Mostly professionals and manhattan retirees in building. 2 large bedrooms and a 15x15 family room on lower level great for media room or office with a walkout patio in addition to front balcony.
